Making the move from PM to PMO is an interesting concept, and is something that I am trying to push my company towards. We have a PMO but it is not formally recognised as such and is also a relatively new term to me. Having researched it a bit I am even more certain we have a PMO, but need to formalise it. Anybody got any hints/tips?

I am interested in becoming a PM. I am currently taking classes but would love to work under an experienced PM as an intern or part-time. I dont have knowledge on the PMO but interested in the free copy of the software.

Making the move from PM to PMO or vice versa. I'm interested in becoming a Project Manager, so I don't really have an comments about making a move from PM to PMO yet. I sure hope this doesn't affect my chance at a free copy of this software.
Thanks,
Jackie
